COASTAL PLAINS RESTAURANTS LLC A NORTH CAROLINA LLC is hiring an Assistant General Manager for Store 40791 Goldsboro, Goldsboro, NC. You will lead shifts, ensure Yum Brand standards, and support the Restaurant General Manager with team supervision and operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, College or University Degree preferred
• 1-3 years supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment, including Profit and Loss responsibility
• Basic personal computer literacy
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass background check and drug test
• Must have reliable transportation
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skills
• Able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs. and stooping during 80% of shift time

The Assistant General Manager supports the Restaurant General Manager by running great work shifts and meeting YUM Brand standards.
