Job summary

val's services is seeking an Assistant Service Center Manager to help lead a high-performance team in vehicle maintenance and customer service. You will support the Service Center Manager, oversee daily operations, train staff, and ensure policies are followed.

You will perform oil changes and car services, manage schedules and inventory, assist with audits, and uphold safety standards while delivering quick, trusted service and building guest loyalty.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 1 year of supervisory experience, preferably in retail or service environments.
• Must have strong customer service skills, the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting, and familiarity with performance metrics.
