Job summary

RoShay Services is seeking an Assistant Service Center Manager in Albany, GA to support a high-performing service team. You will supervise daily operations, perform oil changes and vehicle services, train new staff, develop schedules, and help ensure safety and cleanliness across the store.

With at least 1 year of supervisory experience and a strong customer-service mindset, you will analyze performance data, make decisions, and contribute to building customer loyalty through excellent service

Role Overview:

As an Assistant Service Center Manager, you will support the Service Center Manager in leading a high-performance team to deliver exceptional car maintenance and customer service. Your responsibilities include performing oil changes and vehicle services, supervising daily operations, training new employees, and ensuring adherence to company policies. You will develop work schedules, assist with inventory management, and oversee store audits to maintain safety and cleanliness. Building customer loyalty through excellent service and team development is key.

Qualifications and Skills:

Candidates should have at least 1 year of supervisory experience, preferably in retail or service environments, with a customer service mindset. Ability to work in a fast-paced setting, analyze performance data, and make sound decisions is essential. Schedule flexibility and physical ability to stand, climb stairs, and lift up to 50 pounds are required. Fluency in English and a high school diploma or equivalent are necessary.
