Qualifications and Skills:

Candidates should have at least 1 year of supervisory experience, preferably in retail or service settings, with strong customer service skills and the ability to work in fast-paced environments. Proficiency in KPI analysis, schedule management, and adherence to company policies is essential. Physical requirements include standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working in non-climate-controlled conditions.
