Role Overview

As an Assistant Service Center Manager, you will support the Service Center Manager by leading daily operations, supervising and training team members, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities include performing oil changes and vehicle maintenance, educating guests on services, managing work schedules, assisting with inventory management, and maintaining a safe, organized environment. You will also help conduct store audits and ensure compliance with safety protocols.

Qualifications & Skills

Candidates should have at least 1 year of supervisory experience, preferably in retail or service settings, with a customer service focus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, use KPI data for performance monitoring, and demonstrate sound judgment under pressure is essential. Flexibility to work weekends, and physical capability to stand, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in non-climate-controlled conditions are required. A high school diploma or equivalent and fluency in English are necessary.
