Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is seeking a sales-driven Assistant Spa Manager to help lead our spa operations. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences, eager to grow within the wellness industry, and excited to expand their leadership and sales skills.

Growth-Focused Leadership

Assist in leading the daily operations of the front desk, training and coaching sales associates, and partnering with the Spa Manager to foster a positive, client-focused, and team-oriented culture.

Membership Sales & Customer Service

Build meaningful relationships with clients and recommend personalized membership and service solutions. Coach, motivate, and inspire a sales team to achieve performance goals.

Passion for Health & Wellness

Demonstrate an interest in or desire to learn more about the benefits of massage and facial services. Educate guests on services, enhancements, retail products, and membership options.

Administrative & Multi-Tasking Skills

Manage or assist with administrative responsibilities, including scheduling, inventory management, sales reporting, and other operational tasks, while maintaining excellent organization and attention to detail.
