LS Solutions is seeking an Assistant Service Center Manager in Bemidji, MN to lead a high-performance team delivering vehicle maintenance services, including oil changes. You will supervise daily operations, train hourly staff, and ensure policy compliance while maintaining top-tier customer care.

You will build trust with guests, manage employee schedules, monitor inventory, and assist with audits to keep the center safe and clean.

Role Overview: As an Assistant Service Center Manager, you will support the Service Center Manager by leading a high-performance team to deliver exceptional vehicle maintenance services, including oil changes. Qualifications & Skills: Requires at least 1 year of supervisory experience, preferably in a retail or service setting. Must possess strong customer service skills, the ability to make sound decisions under pressure, and experience analyzing KPI data for performance improvement. High School Diploma or equivalent, fluency in English, and physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a non-climate-controlled environment are necessary.
