Job summary

RoShay Services is seeking an Assistant Service Center Manager in Kokomo, IN to support the Service Center Manager in delivering high-quality vehicle maintenance services and exceptional customer experiences.

You will oversee daily operations, train staff, manage schedules, and help with inventory and audits while maintaining a safe and organized service center environment. This role emphasizes growth, learning, and work-life balance within a team-friendly setting.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in retail or service environments.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
• Experience with KPI monitoring and a flexible schedule is preferred.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a non-climate-controlled setting.
• Fluency in English is necessary.

Your responsibilities include performing oil changes and vehicle care, supervising daily operations, training staff, and ensuring adherence to company policies. You will develop efficient work schedules, assist with inventory and store audits, and promote a safe, organized environment.
Qualifications & Skills: Candidates should have at least 1 year of supervisory experience, preferably in retail or service environments, with strong customer service skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure. Experience with KPI monitoring and a flexible schedule are preferred. A high school diploma or equivalent, physical ability to work standing, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a non-climate-controlled setting are required. Fluency in English is necessary.
