Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in the property management industry or directly related field.
• Possess general maintenance and carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day maintenance operations and upkeep of the property.
• Repair electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC and grounds as needed.
• Perform proactive preventative maintenance and safety inspections.
• Maintain work order system and ensure timely completion.
• Inspect property grounds and common areas for safety and cleanliness.
• Assist with property emergencies and on-call rotations.
• Monitor safety and risk management compliance.
• Mentor maintenance team and uphold professional standards.
• Complete special projects assigned by supervisor or manager.
