Avenue5 Residential is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance operations at the assigned property, ensuring compliance with company policies and all regulations. You will support the maintenance team and manage safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating repairs, managing work orders, and mentoring staff to uphold service excellence for residents and properties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum two years of experience in property management or related field.
• General maintenance and carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs in electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds maintenance.
• Maintain and repair various fixtures and ensure property safety and compliance.
• Manage work orders and ensure timely completion to residents' satisfaction.
• Assist with emergencies and on-call rotation.
• Lead and mentor maintenance team and uphold safety standards.
