The role requires a high school diploma and at least two years in property management or a related field, plus strong customer service and organizational abilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum two years of experience in the property management industry or closely related field.
• General maintenance and carpentry skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day maintenance tasks across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, flooring and carpentry.
• Maintain work order system and ensure timely completion to standard and resident satisfaction.
• Daily inspection of property grounds and common areas for safety and cleanliness.
• Assist with emergencies and on-call maintenance rotations and coordinate with property manager.
• Promote safety and risk management in line with company rules and regulations.
• Mentor maintenance team and uphold professional standards.
