Avenue5 Residential seeks an Assistant Maintenance Supervisor to oversee day-to-day maintenance operations at the assigned property, ensuring compliance with company policies and all regulations. You will manage repairs, safety, and preventative tasks while guiding the maintenance team and coordinating with management to keep residents satisfied.

Responsibilities include handling emergencies, maintaining the work order system, inspecting grounds, and mentoring staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum two years of experience in the property management industry or related field.
• General maintenance and carpentry skills required.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs in electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, and HVAC.
• Maintain work order system and ensure timely, satisfactory completion.
• Daily inspection of property grounds, buildings, and common areas for safety and cleanliness.
• Assist with property emergencies and on-call coverage.
• Mentor maintenance team and promote safety and risk management.
• Complete special projects as assigned by supervisor or manager.
