Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily maintenance operations, ensuring upkeep and regulatory compliance at the assigned property. You will coordinate service requests, make-readies, and cost control while mentoring the maintenance team.

The role requires hands-on carpentry and general maintenance skills, a valid driver's license, and strong safety awareness. You will collaborate with property leadership to deliver clean, safe, and welcoming spaces for residents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least three years in property management or related field.
• General maintenance and carpentry skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance operations and upkeep of the assigned property.
• Ensure compliance with Avenue5 policies and state/federal regulations.
• Manage service requests, unit make-readies, and budgets.
• Maintain safety, respond to emergencies, and mentor the team.
• Walk property weekly with leadership to address challenges.
