Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Retail experience may be preferred or advantageous.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide legendary customer service, greet guests, and assist with product locations.
• Maintain visual standards and merchandising across the sales floor, fitting rooms, and registers.
• Lead by example in sales presentations and guest engagement.
• Assist Store Manager with recruiting, training, and coaching Teammates.
• Perform store operations tasks such as POS procedures, inventory, and loss prevention.

Education

High school diploma or GED; or 1-3 months related retail experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
