The Buckle, Inc. in Coeur d'Alene, ID is seeking an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager and Leadership Team in delivering an exceptional guest experience.

This role combines sales, merchandising and operations duties, with progression from AIT to Assistant Manager and leadership responsibilities in absence of the Store Manager. You’ll recruit and develop Teammates, manage daily tasks, and contribute to achieving sales goals while upholding Buckle’s

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions about store and merchandise and assist guests in locating items.
• Help recruit, train and develop Teammates under Store Manager oversight.
• Assist in merchandising, displays, pulls and routine cleaning of facilities.
• Lead by example in sales presentations and maintaining store standards.
• Support leadership actions and provide coaching in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Plan and communicate sales goals with Store Manager and drive guest satisfaction.
• Maintain and demonstrate knowledge of exchange, return procedures and promotions.
• Contribute to loss prevention practices and ensure store security procedures.
