Planet Fitness is seeking an Assistant Manager to help oversee gym operations and ensure a welcoming, Judgement Free member experience while driving club profitability. This full-time role offers 40 hours per week with possible nights, weekends and holidays to support business needs.

Daily duties include achieving sales goals, recruiting and developing staff, managing front desk activities, ensuring top service, coordinating scheduling, and maintaining clean, safe facilities.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Passion for helping others and delivering excellent service.
• Previous management experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Suite).

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed sales goals and contribute to club targets.
• Recruit, hire, train and develop a high-performing staff.
• Maintain a welcoming atmosphere and superior customer service.
• Schedule and supervise staff; manage front desk activities.
• Oversee cleanliness and facility maintenance.
• Track statistics and reports weekly, monthly, yearly.
