Job summary

Planet Fitness is seeking an Assistant Manager to support daily gym operations and ensure a welcoming Judgement Free Zone for members. This full-time role involves supervising staff, driving customer service excellence, and assisting in revenue goals while maintaining a clean, safe facility.

You will lead front desk activities, participate in staff scheduling, and help develop a high-performing team dedicated to Planet Fitness values.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing gym operations to ensure a top-notch member experience.
• Support in recruitment, training, and development of staff.
• Maintain a welcoming atmosphere and ensure superior customer service.
• Schedule and supervise staff; manage front desk activities.
• Resolve employee issues and provide backup support as needed.
• Track statistics and prepare weekly, monthly, and annual reports.
