Planet Fitness is looking for an Assistant Manager to help oversee gym operations and deliver a premier Judgement Free Zone experience. The role requires leading a small team, supporting recruiting, training, and scheduling, and ensuring outstanding member service.

Full-time schedule may include evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet business needs. Ideal candidates are 18+, with strong communication and leadership skills, and a commitment to excellent service.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and committed to excellent service.
• Previous management experience preferred.
• High standard of communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Suite).
• Current CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing gym operations to ensure a premier member experience.
• Lead staff recruitment, training, and development for a high-performing team.
• Maintain a welcoming atmosphere and ensure superior customer service.
• Supervise scheduling and staff backups to Club Manager as needed.
• Oversee member services, tours, sign-ups, and inquiries.
• Support cleanliness, maintenance, and supply ordering within budget.
