Job summary

Planet Fitness is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee gym operations and deliver a premier, Judgement Free Zone experience. You will help drive sales, recruit and train staff, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for members and guests while supporting the Club Manager in daily operations.

The role requires leadership, excellent communication, and a passion for service. Full-time hours include travel and possible evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age or older.
• Passion for helping others and delivering excellent service.
• Previous management experience preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Suite).
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed individual sales goals and support club targets.
• Assist in recruiting, hiring, training and developing a high-performing staff.
• Maintain a welcoming atmosphere and ensure superior customer service at all times.
• Provide backup support to Club Manager and supervise scheduling.
