Planet Fitness is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee gym operations and deliver a premier Judgement Free Zone experience. You will lead a team of Member Service Representatives, Trainers and Custodians, drive sales, and support club performance with a hands-on approach.

You will recruit, train, and manage staff, maintain a welcoming atmosphere, and handle member inquiries while ensuring high standards of cleanliness and safety. Full-time role with flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed individual sales goals and contribute to club targets.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing staff.
• Maintain a welcoming atmosphere for members and guests with superior service.
• Provide backup support to Club Manager and supervise staff.
• Oversee front desk activities and member check-ins, tours, and inquiries.
• Ensure cleanliness and equipment maintenance meet standards.
• Assist in budgeting, supplies, and weekly/monthly reporting.
