Qualifications

• 2 years of leadership experience in QSR or retail environments.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Excellent communication and proven team-building abilities.
• Willingness to work a 50-hour week including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Build People Capability: recruit, train, and develop top talent.
• Coach and mentor Team Members and Shift Leaders to achieve performance excellence.
• Foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture aligned with Team Lyders values.
• Deliver a Consistent Customer Experience per brand standards.
• Oversee labor scheduling, inventory, and health and safety compliance.
• Handle customer feedback and coach the team to exceed guest expectations.
• Support profit and loss by maintaining cash controls and optimizing labor.
• Monitor financial reports and take actions to improve results.
• Maintain facilities and equipment with preventative maintenance checks.
