Job summary

You will lead scheduling, inventory checks, and labor optimization; coach shift leaders to drive performance; and ensure consistency in service, food quality, and guest experience across the restaurant.

Qualifications

• 2 years of leadership experience in QSR or retail.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and team-building track record.
• Passion for food quality, service, cleanliness, and speed.
• Basic business math and computer literacy required.
• Dynamic, energetic leader who drives results.
• Willingness to work a 50-hour week incl. evenings & weekends.
