You will lead, coach, and mentor staff, oversee scheduling and inventory, and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of leadership experience in QSR or retail.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Excellent communication skills and a proven track record in team building.
• Dynamic, energetic, proactive leader who drives results.

Responsibilities

• Build People Capability: recruit, train, and develop top talent.
• Coach and mentor Team Members and Shift Leaders to achieve performance excellence.

• Provide performance feedback and resolve team conflicts.
• Deliver a Consistent Customer Experience and ensure brand standards.
• Oversee labor scheduling, inventory, and health and safety compliance.

• Grow the Brand, Sales, and Profits; monitor cash controls and labor optimization.
• Monitor financial reports and take actions to improve results.
• Maintain restaurant facilities and equipment through preventative maintenance.
