Team Lyders is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support daily operations for Taco Bell locations. You will develop and mentor staff, manage cash controls and labor optimization, and ensure safety and excellent guest experiences.

This role prepares you for General Manager responsibilities while driving team and restaurant growth. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of leadership in QSR/retail, strong communication, and a proactive leadership style.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with 2 years of leadership experience in QSR or retail.
• Strong analytical, decision-making and conflict-resolution skills.
• Excellent communication and a proven track record in team building.

Responsabilités

• Support daily operations and manage financials while upholding brand standards.
• Develop and coach Team Members and Shift Leaders to improve performance.
• Oversee labor scheduling, inventory, and health and safety compliance.
• Handle customer feedback and drive a consistent guest experience.
• Foster a positive culture and lead initiatives to grow sales and profits.
