Job summary

Team Lyders is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support daily operations at our Taco Bell location. You will help develop team members, manage labor, inventory, and cash controls while upholding brand standards and a safe, welcoming environment.

You'll coach Team Members and Shift Leaders, drive guest satisfaction, and contribute to growth in sales and profits by monitoring financial reports and ensuring quality service and food. This role prepares you for General Manager responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED minimum.
• 2 years of leadership experience in the QSR or retail environment.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.
