Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Acting in the absence of the general manager and maintaining smooth store operations.
• Motivating staff during low morale and maintaining high service standards.
• Ensuring brand standards, policies, and procedures are followed and cash handling is accurate.
• Addressing customer needs and resolving issues to build long-term relationships.
