Job summary

KidStrong Edina is seeking an energetic Assistant General Manager to lead daily coaching on the floor and partner with the General Manager to create an exceptional experience for families.

You will balance hands-on program delivery with membership growth, team leadership, and center operations, including recruiting, training, and ensuring safety and high standards throughout the center.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or managing teams in youth, fitness, or education settings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with families.
• Ability to balance coaching with sales responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead KidStrong classes on the floor with high energy and safety.
• Mentor coaches and provide ongoing feedback for improvement.
• Drive center growth through member engagement and sales conversations.
• Partner with the General Manager on center operations and KPI goals.
• Engage with families and the local community to grow membership.
• Maintain high standards for cleanliness, safety, and presentation.
