Job summary

KidStrong Edina is seeking a high-energy, dependable leader to partner with the General Manager in delivering a best-in-class experience for kids and families. The role balances coaching on the floor with strategic focus on membership growth, member engagement, and community partnerships.

This position requires evening and weekend hours, with responsibilities spanning coaching quality, safety, and staff mentorship, while maintaining a welcoming, clean, and high-performing center environment.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching, teaching, or leading youth programs, sports, fitness, camps, childcare, or similar environments preferred.
• Ability to coach and lead a room of kids while engaging families and prospects.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain it is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the KidStrong experience with high energy, ensuring safety, professionalism, and exceptional member experience.
• Mentor and develop coaching staff, onboarding, training, and scheduling.
• Drive center membership and sales through outreach, follow-ups, and community engagement.
• Collaborate with General Manager to manage day-to-day operations and center performance.
