Job summary

KidStrong Edina is seeking a high-energy, dependable leader who loves working with kids and families, for a Lead Coach/Assistant General Manager role. You'll work with the GM to create an exceptional experience for kids, families, and the team.

Approximately half your time will coach and lead the KidStrong experience on the floor, with the rest focusing on sales, member experience, team leadership, community outreach, and center operations.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching, teaching, or leading youth programs preferred.
• Strong leadership, accountability, and communication skills.
• Ability to coach and sell, with focus on member growth and retention.

Responsibilities

• Lead the KidStrong experience on the floor with high energy and safety.
• Coach, mentor, and develop coaching staff; foster a high-performing culture.
• Drive center growth through membership conversations, outreach, and partnerships.
• Support center operations in partnership with the General Manager; monitor KPIs and member experience.
