Restore Hyper Wellness is hiring an Assistant General Manager to balance high standards with team support and exceptional client service. You will lead by example in client interactions, product knowledge, and operational discipline.

The role focuses on training, operations, and ensuring a five-star client experience while driving sales and staff development in a fast-paced franchise environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of management or supervisory experience.
• 4+ years of customer-facing experience preferred.
• Proven success in sales and team leadership.
• Strong de-escalation and conflict-resolution skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to multi-task and manage client and staff needs.
• Proficient with computers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client service and maintain hospitality standards.
• Coach staff on product knowledge, pricing, and compliance.
• Support KPI achievement and team goal setting with GM.
• Keep studio clean, safe, and brand-aligned.
