Restore Hyper Wellness in Pittsford, NY seeks an Assistant General Manager to lead operations, training, and client experience. You’ll mentor staff, model hospitality standards, and drive a culture of five-star service.

The role blends leadership, sales support, and hands-on duties to maintain smooth workflows, grow memberships, and ensure the studio delivers exceptional results daily.

Formación

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience: 1+ year of management or supportive leadership experience is required.
• Experience: 4+ years of customer-facing experience is preferred.
• Proven success in sales and team leadership.
• Strong de-escalation and conflict resolution skills.
• Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to multi-task and manage both client and staff needs.
• Intermediate computer proficiency.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver consistent, high-quality client service by modeling Restore’s hospitality standards.
• Coach staff on product knowledge, pricing, and customer service.
• Support studio KPI achievement by assisting sales, marketing, and operations.
• Partner with GM to set daily, weekly, and monthly goals for the team.
• Lead by example to maintain a clean, welcoming studio and brand standards.
