As an Assistant General Manager, you’ll support the General Manager in nurturing Restore culture, develop a team, train and coach wellness professionals, and help the store achieve growth while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• 2+ years of management experience.
• Passion for fitness, athletic achievement, and wellness.
• Strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a store team to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Ensure opening/closing procedures and maintain safety standards.
• Drive sales, manage KPI metrics, and oversee inventory and payroll.
• Plan monthly team meetings and store events to boost engagement.
• Represent Restore culture and core values daily.
