Restore Hyper Wellness is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the GM in running a busy wellness studio. You will focus on exceptional client experiences, staff development, and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals across sales and operations.

The role requires a HS diploma, 1+ year in management, and 4+ years in customer-facing roles, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Benefits include health, dental, vision, PTO, and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
• Experience: 1+ year of management or supportive leadership experience (required).
• Experience: 4+ years of customer-facing experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Deliver consistently high-quality client service and hospitality.
• Coach staff on product knowledge, pricing, and sales strategies.
• Support KPI achievement by assisting in sales, marketing, and operations.
