Job summary

Restore Hyper Wellness is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in driving studio success. You’ll lead training, operations, and client experience while motivating the team to achieve excellence, balancing sales support with hands-on leadership.

You’ll work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed, with a focus on delivering five-star service, retention, and a welcoming, compliant environment across therapies and memberships.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of management or supervisory experience.
• 1+ year of customer-facing experience preferred.
• Strong de-escalation and conflict-resolution skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to multitask and manage both client and staff needs.
• Intermediate computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Deliver consistent, high-quality client service by modeling hospitality standards.
• Support membership engagement, retention, and issue resolution to ensure positive client outcomes.
• Coach staff on product knowledge, pricing, and sales strategies.
• Assist in achieving KPI by supporting studio sales, marketing, and operations.
