Restore Hyper Wellness is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the GM in driving studio success. You’ll oversee training, operations, and client experience while motivating the team to deliver five-star service.

This role balances leadership, sales support, and hands-on operations in a fast-growing wellness studio. You’ll apply your people development skills to coach staff, optimize workflows, and protect brand standards.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
• 1+ year of management or supervisory experience (required).
• 4+ years of customer-facing experience (preferred).
• Proven success in sales and leading teams.
• Strong de-escalation and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and manage client and staff needs.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example in client interactions, product knowledge, and operational consistency.
• Coach staff and develop talent to enable growth.
• Support GM to drive studio KPIs, sales, and marketing initiatives.
• Ensure a five-star client experience and brand standards are upheld.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize workflows and member engagement.
