Restore Hyper Wellness is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead operations and elevate the client experience at the Buford studio. You’ll train, coach, and motivate the team while maintaining high standards for service, product knowledge, and workflow consistency.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
• Experience: 1+ year of management or supportive leadership experience (required).
• Experience: 4+ years of customer-facing experience (preferred).
• Proven success in sales and team leadership.
• Strong de-escalation and conflict resolution skills.
• Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to multi-task and manage client and staff needs.

Responsibilities

• Support the GM in driving studio success and training operations.
• Own training, operations, and client experience; mentor staff.
• Set daily, weekly, and monthly goals with the GM.
• Coach staff through feedback and recognition, ensuring accountability.
