Diversified Restaurant Group (DRG) is seeking an Assistant General Manager for a Taco Bell franchise in Nevada. The AGM will support the General Manager, lead shifts, and coach team members to deliver 5-star customer experiences, while ensuring health, safety, and brand standards.

The ideal candidate has restaurant leadership experience, is 18+, English-proficient, and holds or will obtain ServSafe certification. Expect a 45-hour work week with flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 2+ years restaurant leadership across all shifts.
• English reading/writing proficiency.
• ServSafe certification required; maintain health card as per local/state requirements.
• Reliable transportation; clean background and MVR.
• Average 45-hour work week with flexible availability (nights, weekends, holidays).
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts to complete tasks on time while maintaining quality.
• Coach and motivate team members and shift managers to prioritize customer experience.
• Prioritize health and safety; ensure OSHA compliance.
• Train and develop individuals for leadership roles; create development plans.
• Collaborate with GM on staffing needs; interview and onboard new hires.
• Support GM in achieving restaurant financial goals.
• Provide 5-star service to customers; ensure satisfaction.
• Assist GM in day-to-day restaurant operations.
