Diversified Restaurant Group (DRG) is seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) for a Taco Bell restaurant in California. The AGM will support the GM in daily operations, lead shifts, ensure quality, and drive customer satisfaction while upholding brand standards.

The ideal candidate brings 2+ years of restaurant leadership, a high school diploma, ServSafe certification, and a strong commitment to safety and team development. Excellent communication and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

Must be 18 years or older.
2+ years of restaurant leadership on all shifts.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Able to read, speak, and write in English.
Must pass ServSafe Certification Course and Exam and maintain a health card per local/state requirements.
Reliable transportation, clear criminal background check, and acceptable MVR.
Average 45-hour work week with flexible availability (nights, weekends, holidays).

Responsibilities

Operational Excellence: lead shifts and ensure timely completion of tasks with quality.
Team Leadership: coach and motivate team members and shift managers for customer focus.
Safety & Compliance: maintain health and safety standards per OSHA rules.
Training & Development: assist in leadership development and provide feedback.
Recruiting & Onboarding: collaborate with GM on staffing and onboarding new hires.
Financial Performance: support GM in achieving financial goals.
Customer Experience: deliver 5-star service and customer satisfaction.
GM Support: assist GM in day-to-day operations.
