DRG operates Taco Bell restaurants and seeks an Assistant General Manager (AGM) in Henderson, NV to support the General Manager and lead daily restaurant operations. You will drive customer satisfaction, coach teams, and ensure brand standards are met across all shifts.

Responsibilities include recruiting and onboarding, budgeting support, and maintaining health and safety compliance. This role requires strong leadership, English proficiency, and ServSafe certification.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of restaurant leadership across all shifts.
• English literacy; ServSafe certified; health card required.
• Ability to lead shifts and coach staff toward customer experience excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts to complete tasks on time while upholding quality standards.
• Coach and motivate team members and shift managers to deliver 5-star service.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a safe work environment.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
• Support GM in achieving restaurant financial goals and operations.
