Job summary

Silver State Bell, LLC, a Taco Bell franchise, is seeking an Assistant General Manager in North Las Vegas to help the General Manager run daily operations, uphold brand standards, and ensure top-notch guest experiences.

The AGM will lead shifts, coach staff, manage safety, and support recruiting and onboarding while focusing on financial performance and customer satisfaction. This is a full-time role with a strong leadership path within a growing multi-brand operation.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must pass ServSafe Certification Course and Exam and maintain a current health card per local/state requirements.
• Reliable transportation and clear criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and ensure timely completion of tasks while upholding brand standards.
• Coach and motivate team members and shift managers to deliver customer satisfaction.
• Prioritize health and safety in accordance with OSHA regulations.
• Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and developing leaders across the team.
• Support the GM in achieving restaurant financial goals.
• Deliver 5-star service to every guest and maintain a welcoming workplace.
