CAVA is seeking an Assistant General Manager in a fast-paced restaurant environment. You will partner with the General Manager and Area Leader to develop store action plans, monitor financial metrics, and develop hourly Team Members through hands-on leadership.

You will help manage schedules, forecasting, labor, and inventory while mastering competency-based leadership and operational skills. Compensation starts at $23.50 per hour with strong benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of supervisory or management experience in restaurant or hospitality.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of great customer service.

Responsabilités

• Assist the General Manager in daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Ensure adherence to standards for food quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Oversee inventory management, supply ordering, and cost control to maintain profitability.
• Supervise and support Team Members with training, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Support with scheduling and staffing.
• Handle Team Member issues to maintain a positive work environment.
• Uphold high service standards and address customer concerns promptly.
• Contribute to strategies to boost customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Lead by example in customer service and motivate the team.
