Job summary

CAVA is seeking an Assistant General Manager to partner with the General Manager and Area Leader to champion our mission, values, and guest experience across our restaurants. You will help drive store action plans, monitor financial metrics, and mentor hourly Team Members while maintaining high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of supervisory or management experience in restaurant/hospitality.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage schedules, forecasting, labor, and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in daily restaurant operations, including opening/closing.
• Ensure adherence to CAVA standards for food quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Oversee inventory management, supply ordering, and cost control.
• Coach and develop Team Members through training and feedback.
• Assist with scheduling and staffing.
• Address Team Member issues to maintain a positive work environment.
• Uphold high service standards and address customer concerns promptly.
• Support financial reporting and analysis to identify improvements.
