CAVA is hiring an Assistant General Manager to partner with the General Manager and Area Leader in our restaurants. You will help set store action plans, manage financial metrics, and develop hourly Team Members to uphold high standards of service and profitability.

You will learn competency-based leadership and operational skills while working with a talented team in a fast-paced environment. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of supervisory or management experience in restaurant/hospitality.
• Proven leadership and team-management abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Track record of delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in daily restaurant operations, including opening/closing.
• Ensure adherence to CAVA standards for food quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Oversee inventory and cost-control to maintain profitability.
• Train, coach, and provide feedback to Team Members.
• Support with scheduling and staffing, and resolve team issues.
