Job summary

Diversified Restaurant Group (DRG) is seeking an Assistant General Manager for a Taco Bell in Grain Valley, MO. The AGM supports the GM to ensure smooth daily operations, uphold brand standards, and drive guest satisfaction.

The role involves leading shifts, coaching teams, maintaining safety, and contributing to financial performance. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of restaurant leadership, a high school diploma, strong English communication, and be ready to develop leaders

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• At least 2 years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts.
• Ability to read, speak, and write in English.
• Must pass ServSafe Certification Course and Exam.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts to ensure timely completion of tasks and quality.
• Coach and motivate team members and shift managers for customer focus.
• Prioritize health and safety per OSHA regulations.
• Train and develop future leaders with feedback and plans.
• Collaborate on staffing, interview candidates, welcome new hires.
• Support GM in achieving financial goals and restaurant performance.
• Deliver 5-star customer service and satisfaction.
• Assist GM in daily restaurant operations.
