Diversified Restaurant Group (DRG) seeks an Assistant General Manager (AGM) for Taco Bell locations in Kansas. This role supports the General Manager in daily restaurant operations, ensuring brand standards, profitability, and exceptional guest experiences.

The AGM leads shifts, trains staff, and maintains safety while developing leadership talent for future growth within a large franchise family.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant leadership on all shifts required.
• Must pass ServSafe and health/safety requirements.
• English reading/writing and communication skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and ensure timely completion of tasks with quality.
• Coach and motivate team to deliver 5-star customer service.
• Ensure OSHA/regulatory compliance and safety training.
• Support recruiting, onboarding and development plans.
• Assist GM with financial and operational goals.
