Royal City Bell, LLC is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily Taco Bell operations in Missouri. The AGM will supervise shifts, mentor staff, uphold brand standards, and ensure guest satisfaction through proactive leadership and coaching.

The role requires ServSafe certification, English proficiency, and a commitment to safety, training, and cost controls. Expect a 45-hour week with evenings and weekends and close collaboration with the GM.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• At least 2 years of restaurant leadership on all shifts.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must read, speak and write English.
• ServSafe Certification required.
• Health card per local/state requirements.
• Reliable transportation and clear background check (MVR).
• Avg 45-hour work week with flexible availability (nights, weekends, holidays).

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts to ensure timely completion of tasks with quality assurance.
• Coach and motivate team members and shift managers to deliver excellent customer experience.
• Prioritize health and safety and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Assist in training and developing future leaders.
• Collaborate with GM on staffing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Support GM in achieving financial goals and restaurant operations.
