You will mentor a team, drive world-class operations, manage costs and guest experience, and uphold DRG values. Strong leadership, accountability, and communication are essential in this role.

You must be able to adapt to fast-paced shifts, weekends and holidays, and maintain a safe, compliant, and welcoming dining environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma (or equivalent).
• At least 2 years of restaurant leadership experience.
• Must read, speak and write in English.
• Must pass SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam; health card required.
• Average 45-hour week with flexible availability; valid MVR and background check.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and develop a team to become leaders and performers.
• Drive world-class operations including service quality and food standards.
• Maintain strong P&L results, control costs, and improve profitability.
• Lead with an open-door policy and liaise between management and staff.
