Job summary

Diversified Restaurant Group (DRG) is seeking an Assistant General Manager for a Taco Bell location in Raymore, MO. The AGM will help lead daily operations, coach staff, and uphold brand standards to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

The role emphasizes training, development of future leaders, and collaboration with the GM on staffing and financial performance, with a 45-hour work week and evenings/weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• At least 2 years of restaurant experience with proven leadership on all shifts.
• Able to read, speak, and write in English.
• Reliable transportation and clear criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Effectively lead shifts, ensuring timely completion of tasks while maintaining quality.
• Lead, coach, and motivate team members and shift managers to prioritize customer experience.
• Prioritize health and safety, ensuring OSHA compliance.
• Play an active role in training and developing leadership candidates.
• Collaborate with GM to identify staffing needs and onboard new hires.
• Support GM in achieving the restaurant’s financial goals.
• Provide 5-star service to customers and maintain satisfaction.
