Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• At least 2 years of restaurant leadership experience.
• ServSafe Certification required and health card as per local/state requirements.
• Reliable transportation and clean background check with MVR.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts to ensure timely completion of tasks with quality standards.
• Coach and motivate team members and shift managers for excellent customer service.
• Prioritize health and safety in line with OSHA regulations.
• Participate in training and development initiatives for leadership paths.
• Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and creating a welcoming environment for new hires.
• Support GM to achieve restaurant financial goals and operational objectives.
• Deliver 5-star service and uphold brand standards during all operations.
