Job summary

Diversified Restaurant Group (DRG) seeks an Assistant General Manager for Taco Bell operations in Overland Park, KS. You will lead shifts, coach teams, and ensure safety, training, and onboarding while supporting the GM to hit financial goals and deliver outstanding customer experiences.

The AGM role requires 2+ years of leadership, English fluency, ServSafe certification, and a reliable work ethic in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 2 years of restaurant leadership across shifts.
• Able to read, speak, and write in English.
• ServSafe certification required and health card as per local/state requirements.
• Reliable transportation; clear background check; valid MVR.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts to complete tasks on time while upholding quality.
• Coach and motivate team members and shift managers.
• Prioritize health and safety and OSHA regulations.
• Train and develop future leaders and create development plans.
• Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• Support GM to achieve restaurant financial goals and customer excellence.
• Provide exceptional 5‑star customer service and operations support.
